cli_header.php

This sets up header.php by subtracting it’s own known path.  To use it in your scripts, include this file and make certain you call the script by it’s complete path.  We realize this is totally janky.  If anyone has a better way of determining a scripts current location (not working directory) in an absolute way, we’d love to know about it.
